Wednesday 27 January 2021 2.00pm-3.00pm Online via Zoom
This webinar is free to anybody working in ticketing at any level and we encourage you to share the registration link with colleagues, employees, employers and friends.
Working from home has been a necessary consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, not least for the ticketing and entertainment industries. While most adapted to this new way of working rapidly, what challenges has it presented and what does this new way of working mean for the future?
This STAR webinar will cover a number of those challenges, including work-from-home policies for businesses, managing staff, providing remote customer service, the role (or not!) of contact centres, PCI compliance, work/life balance, maintaining mental health, how to get the best from online meetings, technical issues and how to resolve them and what changes to our old ways of working might continue in the longer term.
Drawing on the experience of those who have risen to meet these challenges, each panelist will discuss their experiences, including some of the thornier issues, in more detail.
Hosted on Zoom by Pauline Fallowell, Head of Sales and Audience Insight at the Bridge Theatre and a member of the STAR Council, other panellists and speakers will include:
- Sheryl Hill - Family Tickets , Audience Services Manager
- James Moles - Quay Tickets, Customer Services Manager
- Mark Porter - The Ticket Factory, Head of Contact Services
